Excellent Stay with Really good Service

Mami and Saeed were helpful throughout my visit. They kindly assisted me with carrying my baby stroller up and down the stairs. The hotel provided a baby crib that proved perfect and very comfortable for my little one. Our room received daily cleaning without any request, and the beds were very comfortable.
A very loud amplified religious event took place below our bedroom window. This lacked prior warning and lasted for about two hours.

Şişhane Metro Station is a short walk from the hotel. Şişhane Bus Station and Kasımpaşa Ferry Station are also nearby. Galata Tower and İstiklal Street are about 10-15 minutes on foot.

A kids playground sits just in front of the hotel. I booked the Bosphorus tour through the hotel, and it was wonderful, particularly at sunset.

Everyone at the hotel was kind and attentive. Mami and Saeed assisted us with directions to local attractions. They also helped us figure out the best transportation options .
